WA Nexus offers digital community and cultural content services. These Sales Policies explain pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds.

2) Products and services

  • Membership subscriptions (monthly and/or annual)

  • Optional one-time services (e.g., consultations or special sessions), if available

3) Pricing and taxes

Prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Any applicable taxes may be added where required.

4) Payments

Payments are processed through Wix Payments and its supported payment methods. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.

5) Subscription billing and renewal (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

  • You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at renewal.

  • You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

6) Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.

7) Refund policy

All sales are final. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or annual), including partially used periods

  • Digital content or access already provided

  • Optional services once delivered or scheduled

If a payment was made in error or there is a duplicate charge, please contact us at kikumiodr@gmail.com and we will review the issue.

8) Changes to plans, pricing, and availability

We may change plan features, pricing, or availability from time to time. Changes apply prospectively (for future purchases/renewals) unless required otherwise by law.

9) Community rules and acceptable use

Use of WA Nexus is subject to our Community Terms and any posted community guidelines. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
